Adding Hotels with Actabl

We love growing with you, and want to make it easier for you to onboard new properties to Actabl’s solutions! Adding Hotels happens in 3 steps.

If you are adding hotels on ALICE, Transcendent, and/or Hotel Effectiveness please follow the steps below:


1.  Fill Out a New Property Information Form
- We recommend completing this form 30 - 90 days before the new property opens

Add multiple new properties at the same time
- Add multiple Actabl solutions through one form

2.  Sign Order Form
- An Order Form will be sent for signature within 2 business days of submitting the New Property Info Form
- The new hotel aligns with the pricing model, billing cycle, and terms as defined on your MSA 

3.  Onboard New Property
- New properties are set up within 30 - 90 days from when the Order Form is signed
- An Implementation Advisor will set up new properties in the Actabl solution(s) and schedule training (if included in your Order Form)

If you are adding hotels on ProfitSword please follow the steps below:


1.  Create a Customer Support Ticket in ProfitSword
- We recommend opening the ticket at least 14 days before the property opens
- Complete the ProfitSword New Property Form and attach it to the ticket

2.  The new property will be added by our support team within 7 days
3.  The new property will be added to your next invoice, prorated to align with the start date
