Adding Hotels with Actabl

We love growing with you and want to make onboarding new properties into Actabl’s solutions as smooth as possible. Adding hotels takes just three simple steps.

If you are adding new hotels to ALICE (AL), Transcendent (TR), Hotel Effectiveness (HE), or ProfitSword (PS), follow the steps below.

1.  Complete the New Property Information Form

  • [AL | HE | TR] We recommend submitting this form 30–90 days before the property opens. 

  • [PS] Submitting this form automatically creates a support ticket. You will receive two emails: a confirmation email, and an email with your ticket details and next steps.

2.  Processing & Setup

  • [AL | HE | TR] Order Form: An Order Form will be sent within 2 business days of your submission. Pricing, billing cycle, and terms will follow your existing MSA.

  • [PS] Support Addition: The support team will add the new property within 7 business days.

 

3.  Final Onboarding

  • [AL | HE | TR] New properties are fully set up within 30–90 days after the Order Form is signed. An Implementation Advisor will:

    • Configure the property in the selected Actabl solution(s).
    • Schedule training, if included in your Order Form.

If you are adding Temporary Properties on ProfitSword please follow the steps below:


Adding a Temporary Property

  1. Complete the Add Temp Property Form.

  2. Attach the form to a Support Ticket.

  3. Allow up to 7 business days for the support team to add the temporary property.

Turning a Temporary Property Live

  1. Complete the New Property Information Form (same as Step 1 above).

  2. Follow the [PS] Processing & Setup steps, allowing up to 7 business days
